Ruby On Rails Class First In JSF’s Series of Skill-Building Endeavors
Nashville, Tenn. (January 7, 2011) – Nashville-based tech business incubator Jumpstart Foundry announces the first in a series of continuing education efforts titled Jumpstart Fundamentals. The first Fundamentals class – titled “Startup On Rails” — will focus on the web application framework Ruby on Rails, with in-person training beginning the week of February 13.
The classes are offered in association with Washington, D.C.-based Jumpstart Lab, a company focused on high-quality, small-group intensive programming training. The three-month “Startup On Rails” program combines in-person and online instruction, giving learners the foundational tools to build web applications geared toward driving their startup businesses.
The “Startup On Rails” class will feature two tracks – Normal and Express – designed for participants with varying levels of previous programming experience. Two additional two-day in-person sessions will take place in March and April, along with weekend, three-hour online sessions to round out the course. For a detailed breakdown of class components and scheduling, please visit jumpstartlab.com/startup-on-rails.
